Having fun!! - Disfrutando!!

 Last Sunday we went to celebrate a  friend's birthday at a bowling place, was really fun!!
El domingo pasado fuimos a celebrar el cumpleanos de una amiga a una bolera, nos divertimos bastante!!

Between flowers and animals - Entre flores y animales

 Remember the crocus?, these are the same, whites, and ''closed'', beautiful!!
Recuerdan los crocus?, estos son los mismos, blancos y ''cerrados'', preciosos!!

 They look somehow like feathers!! Lucen como plumas!!

 

 And this one is a daffodil, the flower used here (Canada) as a symbol for Cancer campaigns.
Y esta, de la familia de los narcisos, es la flor que usan aqui (Canada) como simbolo para las campanas contra el Cancer.

 More crocus, this time open and purple!!
Mas crocus, esta vez abierto y moradito!!

 You can enjoy them everywhere at the beginning of Spring, but open, of course, when the weather is nice!!
Los podemos disfrutar por todas partes al principio de la primavera, pero abiertos, por supuesto, cuando el clima esta agradable!!

Tynehead Park - Parque Tynehead

 Spring's first weekend and enjoying it at Tynehead Park!!
El primer fin de semana de primavera y disfrutandolo en el parque Tynehead!! 

 Beautiful weather, sunny and fresh, and with ''signs'' of Spring around!!
Un clima precioso, soleado y fresco, con ''signos'' de primavera alrededor!!

 Love the buds coming out, it's like seeing again the awakening of nature after Winter!!
Adoro los retonos, es como ver la naturaleza despertar de nuevo despues del invierno!!

 And even the park was full of dogs and their masters, of course, we were able to enjoy other species, like this robin, inhabitants of the park!!
Y aunque el parque estaba lleno de perros con sus duenos, por supuesto, tambien pudimos disfrutar de otras especies, como este robin, habitantes del parque!!

 And another one!! A little difficult to get these pictures because, of course, with people and dogs around, they won't stay there long enough to focus them well!!
Y otro!! Un poco dificil sacar estas fotos porque, por supuesto, con gente y perros alrededor, no se quedan ahi por suficiente tiempo para enfocarles bien!!

March 25, 2012, we were celebrating 32 months of marriage, and what better way to celebrate than to go for a nice walk and enjoy nature around?
Marzo 25, 2012, estuvimos celebrando 32 meses de matrimonio, y que mejor manera de celebrarlo que llendo a dar un agradable paseo y disfrutar de la naturaleza alrededor?

 Don't know what kind of plant is this, but the buds look very nice!!!
No se que clase de planta es esta, pero los retonos lucen preciosos!!!

 Well, these will be the last pictures with these flowers!! We have enjoyed them for a week now and probably Monday night they will go to the garbage, but we all can still enjoy them .... with these pictures!!
Bueno, estas seran las ultimas fotos con estas flores!! Nosotros ya las hemos disfrutado por una semana y probablemente el lunes en la noche vayan a la basura, pero aun podremos disfrutarlas .... con estas fotos!!

And this one, even is not a very "sharp" one, I like the "efect" of the dark background.

More flowers! - Mas flores!

 Last Saturday, a friend of us came for dinner and brought some flowers, the ones in these pictures!!
El sabado pasado un amigo nuestro vino a cenar y trajo flores, las que ven en estas fotos!!

 These are from the lily's family, love them!!
Estas son de la familia de los lirios, me encantan!!

 

 And this one is from the orchid's family, don't remember the name!!
Y esta es de la familia de las orquideas, pero no recuerdo el nombre!!

Spring is coming!! - Ya viene la Primavera!!!

 Last week, when going to a job appointment, stopped for a couple of minutes to take these pictures, showing us that Spring is coming!!!
La semana pasada, llendo a una cita de trabajo, me detuve por unos minutos para tomar estas fotos, que nos muestran que ya viene la Primavera!!!

 That day rained all morning, but the afternoon was very nice, but the day before, it was snowing!!!
Ese dia llovio toda la manana, pero la tarde estuvo muy agradable, pero el dia anterior, estuvo nevando!!!
 

 I know these flowers as Crocus, but John says they're not, anyway, beautiful ones!!!
Conozco estas flores como Crocus, pero John dice que no son, de todas formas, hermosas!!!

When it's warmer, they are open like here, but when cooler weather they are closed, very nice effect!!
Cuando esta mas templado, se abren como aqui, pero cuando hace mas frio, se cierran, un efecto muy bonito!!

During the time of the appointment, rained for some minutes, but when I left, the sun was shining again and  they were open with the drops, making them to look even more pretty!!
Durante la cita llovio por unos minutos, pero cuando sali el sol estaba brillando de nuevo y las flores estaban abiertas y con las gotas de lluvia, haciendolas lucir aun mas hermosas!!

 And as you can see, we can find them in different colors!!
Y como pueden ver, las podemos encontrar en diferentes colores!!

'Bridal Veil Falls - Cascada 'Velo de Novia'

 And coming back home, we visited some falls near by, or at least on the way!! Bridal Veil Falls, that receive the name for its veil-like appearance.
Y de regreso a casa, nos detuvimos para visitar unas cascadas cercanas, o al menos en el camino!! Las cascadas Velo de Novia, que reciben este nombre por su parecido con un velo de novia!

Was raining like crazy, and even hailing (looks like snow but was hail!), but we enjoyed the adventure anyway!!

Estaba lloviendo a cantaros y hasta con granizo (parece nieve en la foto, pero era granizo!), pero aun asi, disfrutamos la aventura!!

Was a little hard to go there, between the rain and the steep hill, but coming back, was more difficult, trying not to slip down the hill!!

Fue un poco dificil subir hasta alli, entre la lluvia y la colina, pero regresar fue mas dificil, tratando de no resbalar!!
