Again, Bear Creek Park! - De nuevo, Parque quebrada del oso!

Today, again, I'm taking you to Bear Creek Park!! Why we go there frequently? Because it's close, beautiful, and bring us a lot of great memories (remember we got married there!!)
Hoy, de nuevo, los llevo al Parque quebrada del oso!! Por que vamos alli con frecuencia? Porque es cerca, hermoso, y nos trae grandiosos recuerdos (recuerden que nos casamos alli!!)

 This park is probably the biggest park in Surrey, and of course, has plenty of different gardens around, like this one, with cherry blossoms (as information, these ones don't produce fruit!!)
Este parque es probablemente el mas grande en Surrey, y por supuesto, tiene diferentes jardines alrededor, como este, con cerezos en flor (como informacion, estos no producen fruta (cerezas)!!)
  

 And with so many gardens, we can also found a variety of flowers as beautiful as this one!!
Y con tantos jardines, tambien podemos encontrar una variedad de flores tan hermosas como esta!!

 This duck (wood duck) isn't a common sight, he is probably just visiting. But even visitors can enjoy the beautiful surroundings!! Este pato (''pato madera''?) no es muy comun en este parque, probablemente esta simplemente visitando. Pero inclusive los visitantes pueden disfrutar de los hermosos alrededores!!
 

 Just like us!!!! Como nosotros!!!!

 Can you see the white structure in the back, at the right side, in the middle of the picture? That's the chapel we got married at!!
Ven la estructura blanca al fondo, al lado derecho, en el centro de la foto? Esa es la capilla donde nos casamos!!

And this is a Robin, a very familiar one not just in the park, everywhere!!!
Y este es un Robin, muy familiar no solo en el parque, por todas partes!!!

And before going to the tulips, more beautiful flowers!! For some people they can be ''just flowers'', but for me, they really make my life nicer!!!
Y antes de pasar a los tulipanes, mas flores hermosas!! Para algunas personas pueden ser ''simplemente flores'', pero para mi, realmente hacen mi vida mas agradable!!!
  

And now, the turn for the tulips!! Y ahora, el turno para los tulipanes!!

As the saying says: ''A picture is worth a thousand words''!! There are no words that can express how captivated I'm with these flowers, I'm really grateful being able to enjoy them every Spring!!
Y como dice el dicho: ''Una imagen vale mas que mil palabras''!! No hay palabras que puedan expresar lo cautivada que me siento con estas flores, estoy realmente agradecida de poderles disfrutar cada Primavera!!    

Can you imagine a world without flowers? We're really fortunate!!!
Se imaginan un mundo sin flores? De verdad que somos afortunados!!!

What a beautiful gift!!, there for everyone to enjoy!! Que hermoso regalo!!, ahi para todos disfrutarlo!!

And you know what? I really hope you enjoy seeing them as much as I do!!
Y saben que? Realmente espero que disfruten viendolos tanto como yo!!

And being with my Sweety, makes the day even better!! Y el estar con mi ''dulzura'', hace el dia aun mejor!!

Of course there is perfection!!! Just look around and you'll find it!! (and I mean in the flower!)
Por supuesto que la perfeccion existe!! Solo miren alrededor y la encontraran!! (Y quiero decir en la flor!)

So many kinds, but all of them so pretty!! Tantas clases, pero todos ellos tan hermosos!!

No, it isn't a field!! Are some pots in a row!! No, no es un campo!! Son varias macetas en fila!!

And being seasonal flowers, I enjoy them as much as I can meanwhile they are here, but always with hope they will come back next Spring!! Y siendo flores estacionarias, las disfruto tanto como puedo mientras estan aqui, pero siempre con la esperanza de que regresaran la primavera entrante!!

Tulips are flowers which seem to have powers to capture hearts .... at least mine!!
Los tulipanes son flores que parecen tener poderes para capturar corazones .... al menos el mio!!

And you probably know that by now, with so many pictures of them!!
Y probablemente ya lo saben, con tantas fotos de ellos!!

Interesting fact: Tulip is the third most popular flower in the world, next only to rose and chrysanthemum.
Dato interesante: El tulipan es la tercera flor mas popular en el mundo, luego de la rosa y el crisantemo.
 

Not that I'm planning to, but do you  know that they continue growing after being cut?
No es que lo este planeando, pero saben que continuan creciendo aun despues de cortados?

And to finish (at least today!!) with the tulips, another interesting fact: Tulips come in many colors except blue and black, the ones you can see with that colors are dyed!!
Y para terminar (al menos por hoy!!) con los tulipanes, otro dato interesante: Los tulipanes vienen en muchos colores excepto azul y negro, los que se ven en esos colores son tenidos!!

And to finish today, some cherry blossoms that also have the power to change our day, making it a lot more enjoyable with its beauty and great fragrance!!
Y para terminar por hoy, algunos cerezos en flor que tambien tienen el poder de cambiar nuestro dia, haciendo de este mas agradable con su belleza y su grandiosa fragancia!!
   

What a beauty!!! Even lasting around two weeks, they surely bring color and fragrance to Spring!!
Que hermosura!! Aunque duren mas o menos 2 semanas, seguro que brindan color y fragancia a la primavera!!
  

And between many festivals around the world, Vancouver hosts one of them!!
Y entre muchos festivales alrededor del mundo, Vancouver patrocina uno de ellos!!

So delicate, so ''cute'', what a ''treat'' that we are so fortunate to enjoy!!
Tan delicados, tan ''lindos'', que afortunados somos al poder disfrutar de este ''regalo''!!
 

Visiting parks - Visitando parques

And with the gorgeous weather we are having some days, we surely try to enjoy them visiting some of the parks around, some we already know, but trying to visit new ones too!!
Y con el clima tan hermoso que estamos teniendo algunos dias, seguro que tratamos de disfrutarlos visitando algunos parques alrededor, algunos que ya conocemos, pero tratando de visitar nuevos tambien!!

 This is at Hawthorne Gardens, John enjoying riding the frog!!!
Esta es en los Jardines Hawthorne, John disfrutando ''cabalgando'' la rana (o el sapo)!!!

 And of course, the tulips coming and the cherry blossoms!! Y por supuesto, los tulipanes que ya vienen y el cerezo floreciendo!!

 Many times, they say what words can't say!! Muchas veces, ellas dicen lo que las palabras no pueden decir!!

 We shouldn't get ''used'' to see them, what a wonderful thing it's to still be able to appreciate his beauty!!
No deberiamos ''acostumbrarnos'' a verlos, que maravilla es poder aun apreciar su belleza!!
  

And of course, enjoying the beautiful afternoon, the gorgeous gardens, each other company, life!!
Y por supuesto, disfrutando de la hermosa tarde, de los preciosos jardines, de la compania del otro, de la vida!!!

Enjoying Spring!! - Disfrutando la primavera!!

Spring is here and I just hope you can enjoy it with me ... at least trough my pictures!!
Primavera ya esta aqui y yo espero la puedan disfrutar conmigo ... al menos por medio de mis fotos!!

 And with these beauties in front of our home, I have many reasons to enjoy it!!
Y con estas bellezas en frente de nuestro hogar, tengo muchas razones para disfrutarla!!

 Do you know where they come from? No, is not Holland or the Netherlands, they come from the Middle East!!
Sabes de donde vienen? No, no son de Holanda o los Paises Bajos, vienen del Medio Oriente!!

 And fortunately for all of us, we can now enjoy them everywhere!!
Y afortunadamente para todos nosotros, ahora los podemos disfrutar por todas partes!!

 Also, do you know they symbolize perfect love? Maybe that's why I'm so much in love with them!!

 Yes, I know.... There are more beautiful flowers around, but these are my favorites and pretty ''handy'', I just need to go to the front garden!!

I'm a little ''philosophical'' today, can you imagine life without flowers? The good they do is incredible!!
Hoy estoy algo ''filosofica'', se pueden imaginar la vida sin flores? El bien que hacen is increible!!

 Some days ago, beginning to open and attracting us with all its charm!!

And seen them bloom, gives me ''hope'', that even they are here for a short time, next year they will come back!!

Some more!! - Algunas mas!!

 Some days ago we went to visit some friends who live in a farm, and John was enjoying looking at some of our friend rifles!!  But he wasn't the only one enjoying ..... their little nephew and one of their dogs were having a great time, and of course, the rest of us too!!
Hace algunos dias fuimos a visitar unos amigos que viven en una finca, y John estaba disfrutando con algunos de los rifles de nuestro amigo!! Pero no era el unico disfrutando ..... su sobrino y uno de sus perros estaban pasandola fenomenal, y por supuesto, el resto de nosotros tambien!!

Bear Creek Park - Parque Quebrada del oso

This time I'm taking you for a ''tour'' around the gardens of Bear Creek Park, where we got married almost 4 years ago!!!
Esta vez los llevo a un ''tour'' por los jardines del parque Quebrada del oso, donde nos casamos hace casi 4 anos!!

 Good Friday, enjoying nice weather and with Spring beginning to show its flowers everywhere!!
Viernes Santo, disfrutando de un agradable clima y con la primavera comenzando a mostrar sus flores por todas partes!!

 Some already open, but some still blooming as well!
Algunas ya abiertas, pero algunas aun en capullo tambien!

 But all of them there ... for us to enjoy!!
Pero todas ellas alli .... para nosotros disfrutarlas!!

 The ''Chapel in the woods'', where we got married, this July will be 4 years ago!! La ''Capilla en el bosque'', donde nos casamos, este Julio hara 4 anos!!

 These pretty flowers are normally looking down, but anyway, we can still enjoy their beauty!!
Estas hermosas flores normalmente estan mirando hacia abajo, pero aun asi, podemos disfrutar de su belleza!!

 And even this one isn't looking up, was the best one I could find to show you the ''inside''!!
Y aunque esta no esta mirando hacia arriba, fue la mejor que pude encontrar para mostrarles el ''interior''!!
 

 Enjoying a relaxing moment with the ducks (no, you can't see them!) in one of the many bridges of the park!
Disfrutando de un momento de relajacion con los patos (no, no los pueden ver!) en uno de los muchos puentes del parque!

 Ready to continue enjoying walking around the park!!
Listo para continuar disfrutando de la caminata por el parque!!

 And of course, of all the beauty around!!
Y por supuesto, de toda la belleza alrededor!!

 And now ..... one of my favorite parts, where the tulips are!!
Y ahora .... una de mis partes favoritas, donde estan los tulipanes!!

 Love this one, the shadows on the rock give it a ''special charm''!!
Adoro esta, las sombras en la roca le dan un ''encanto especial''!!

And of course, I'll never be tired of taking pictures of them, so delicate, so pretty, so charming!!
Y por supuesto,  nunca me cansare de tomarles fotos, tan delicados, tan hermosos, tan encantadores!!

What a formidable treat it's to be able to enjoy its sight!! Que regalo mas formidable el poder disfrutarlos con solo mirarlos!!

So many colors, so many shapes, so many enjoyable moments looking at them, and also taking pictures of them!!
Tantos colores, tantas formas, tantos momentos agradables solo mirandolos, pero tambien tomandoles fotos!!

I definitely love them!!!! And even I love flowers, tulips always will be the first ones between my favorites!!
Definitivamente los adoro!!! Y aunque me encantan las flores, los tulipanes siempre seran los primeros entre mis favoritas!!

 

What a wonderful way for God to show us all how much He loves us letting us delight in His creation!!
En que modo mas formidable Dios nos muestra cuanto nos ama dejandonos deleitar con su creacion!!

Can you imagine a world without flowers? ...... Let's be grateful for all the beauty they brought to our lives!!
Se pueden imaginar un mundo sin flores? ..... Seamos agradecidos por toda la belleza que traen a nuestras vidas!!

And yes, I'm very grateful being able to enjoy the tulips here!! Y si, soy muy agradecida de poder disfrutar de los tulipanes aqui!!

And of course, having such a ''patient'' husband waiting for me meanwhile I took the pictures!!!
Y por supuesto, de tener un esposo tan ''paciente'' esperandome mientras tomo fotos!!!

I really hope you can see ''why I love them so much?'' but also enjoy with me of  such a beauty!!
