Walks - Caminatas

Between all the health benefits our walks have, we enjoy many others, like taking joy in being with each other, and of course, the good times we have observing and appreciating all the beauty around,  beauty that fortunately I can, some times, ''capture'' in the pictures!!
Lately, I'm learning a lot from my job as interpreter, I'm going to a clinic where they have a program for people with chronic pain and one of the things I have learned is that one of the main tools to ''deal'' with stress is to be grateful, to think every night of at least three things to give thanks for, and being able to delight with almost everything around, for sure is something to be grateful about!!
Entre todos los beneficios para la salud que nos brindan nuestras caminatas, tambien disfrutamos de otros tantos, como gozar de estar el uno con el otro, y por supuesto, los buenos momentos que pasamos observando y apreciando la belleza a nuestro alrededor, belleza que afortunadamente algunas veces logro ''capturar'' en las fotos!!
Ultimamente, estoy aprendiendo mucho en mi trabajo como interprete, estoy llendo a una clinica donde tienen un programa para gente con dolor cronico y una de las cosas que he aprendido es que una de las herramientas principales para manejar el estres es ser agradecido, pensar cada noche en tres cosas por las que dar gracias, y el ser capaz de deleitarse con casi todo lo que nos rodea, seguro que es algo por lo que estar agradecido!!

As some of you can know, this is the ''final result'' of the dandelions, the yellow flower that is a weed. These are the seeds that are normally carried away by the wind ..... when somebody doesn't blow them!!
Como algunos de ustedes pueden saber, este es el ''resultado final'' de los dandeliones, la flor amarilla que es maleza. Estas son las semillas que normalmente el viento las lleva ..... cuando alguien no las sopla!!
   

And even being a ''weed'', how beautiful it's!!! Y aun siendo una ''maleza'' que hermosa es!!

Another gorgeous flower, that I only had seen it here, in Canada.

A wild rose, from another park.
Una rosa silvestre, de otro parque.

And this place is just besides the walking path in a park, John says it can be mustard or canola.
Y este es un lugar al lado de un camino en un parque, John dice que puede ser mostaza o canola.

More beautiful flowers, don't know the name, but it doesn't matter, we can enjoy the beauty anyway!!!
Mas flores hermosas, no me se el nombre, pero no importa, podemos disfrutar de su belleza igualmente!!!

And are from the neighbor's garden, then, can enjoy them everyday when coming back home!!
Y son del jardin de los vecinos, con lo que puedo disfrutarlas todos los dias cuando vengo de regreso a casa!!
