June 15 2016 - Junio 15 2016.

The day of John's 2nd. anniversary I worked in Vancouver and that afternoon I decided to go to Stanley park, where I cried but also laughed and had a fantastic time!!!
El dia del 2do. aniversario de John trabaje en Vancouver y esa tarde decidi ir al parque Stanley, donde llore pero tambien me rei y lo pase genial!!!

Walking from the Skytrain station to the park enjoyed a pond with some gorgeous lotuses!!
Caminando de la estacion del Metro al parque disfrute de un laguito con unos lotus preciosos!!

I was a little in shock with so many insects, but some little birds for sure were enjoying them!!
Estaba un poco asombrada con tantos insectos, pero algunos pajaritos seguro que los estaban disfrutando!!

I'm definitely very attracted to water reflections, absolutely adore this one!!
Definitivamente me atraen mucho los reflejos en el agua, este definitivamente me fascina!!

Saw this eagle and was really happy taking pictures but after a little while began to be concerned because it wasn't "moving" away from the same spot ...... but of course it couldn't, was a fake one for what I learned later, LOL!!!!
Vi este aguila y estaba feliz tomando fotos pero luego de un rato comenze a inquietarme porque no se estaba "moviendo" del mismo punto ..... pero por supuesto no podia, era falsa y lo supe mas tarde, jajajajaja!!!!
 

The roses were in all its splendor and was great to be able to enjoy their smell, the colors, all that beauty around!! Life sometimes doesn't go the way we want, but it's perfect, it goes the way we need it to go, and flowers between other things show us that no matter what, there is always beauty in and around us!!
Las rosas estaban en todo su esplendor y fue grandioso poder disfrutar de sus olores, los colores, toda esa belleza alrededor!! La vida algunas veces no va en la forma en que la queremos, pero es perfecta, va en la forma en la que necesitamos que vaya, y las flores entre otras cosas nos muestran que sin importar nada mas, siempre hay belleza en y alrededor nuestro!!

A young couple beginning a new chapter in their lives!!! Was thinking that being the same day for all of us, for me was a day with some sad memories attached to it but for this couple, hopefully was one full of great memories!!

Una joven pareja comenzando un nuevo capitulo en sus vidas!!! Estaba pensando que era el mismo dia para todos nosotros, pero para mi un dia con algunos recuerdos tristes y para esta pareja, espero que haya sido uno lleno de buenos recuerdos!!

I don't like being close to bees too much, but love them in these pictures!!!!
No me gusta mucho estar cerca de las abejas, pero las adoro en estas fotos!!!!

Otro matrimonio, con ella mucho mas joven que el, pero ese es asunto de ellos!! (Tome la foto sin que ellos lo notaran, es por eso que su mano quedo en frente de su cara!!)
La mujer de pie es la Jueza de Paz!!

Was a day with a lot of emotions, but fortunately with places like this one that filled me with a lot of peace that afternoon!!
Fue un dia con muchas emociones, pero afortunadamente con lugares como este que me llenaron de mucha paz esa tarde!!

Yes, those are flowers, look like prehistoric ones but amazing anyway!!
Si, son flores, lucen como prehistoricas pero espectaculares de todas formas!!

That morning rained but even the afternoon was sunny and nice, what a privilege to be able to enjoy some of the rain drops still on this rose!!

Esa manana llovio y aunque la tarde fue soleada y agradable, que privilegio el poder disfrutar aun de algunas gotas de lluvia en esta rosa!!

Cut, carved and painted .... and still alive!! Look at the little plant growing on one of the sides!!
Cortado, tallado y pintado ..... y aun vivo!! Miren la pequena planta creciendo a uno de los lados!!

Coming back to the other side of the park saw a group of people looking at something, after zooming with the camera and seeing a raccoon ''fishing'' molluscs from the rocks, walked faster and arrived on time to enjoy the show!!!
Regresando al otro lado del parque vi un grupo de gente mirando algo, y luego de hacer un acercamiento con la camara y ver un mapache ''pescando'' moluscos de las rocas, camine mas rapido y llegue a tiempo para disfrutar del show!!!
  

But with the tide raising began to suffer a little, for sure didn't want to see another living creature dying June 15!! But the worrying was unnecessary, climbed the wall as an expert!!
Pero con la marea subiendo comenze a sufrir un poco, seguro que no queria ver otra criatura viviente morir el 15 de Junio!! Pero la preocupacion fue innecesaria, escalo el muro como un experto!!
    

And being safe and sound, I breathed calmly again and continued my way!!!
Y estando ya seguro, respire calmadamente de nuevo y segui mi camino!!!

All the pictures of this day I took them with the camera I keep in my purse, I'm very glad that no matter the camera I'm able to capture the beauty of the scenario!!
Todas las fotos de este dia las tome con la camara que mantengo en el bolso, y me siento muy afortunada que sin importar la camara soy capaz de capturar la belleza del escenario!!
 

Vancouver has the world's longest uninterrupted waterfront path and it includes the Stanley Park Seawall, a 9 km portion that I walked almost totally that afternoon!!
Vancouver tiene el paseo maritimo ininterrumpido mas largo del mundo y este incluye la porcion del Parque Stanley, 9 km que camine casi totalmente esa tarde!!

And walking to the bus stop saw this couple of geese and as the battery of my camera was dying, took the picture with the reflections on the water and turned it off!!! It was almost 9:00 p.m. and I was tired, walked all afternoon and with all the emotions of that day, just wanted to come back home, where I arrived around 10:00 p.m.!!
Y caminando hacia el paradero de buses vi esta pareja de gansos y como la bateria de la camara se estaba muriendo, tome la foto con los reflejos en el agua y la apague!!! Eran casi las 9:00 p.m. y estaba cansada, camine toda la tarde y con todas las emociones de ese dia, solo queria regresar a casa, donde llegue mas o menos a las 10:00 p.m.!!
